Common Questions
Is Noka a traditional study-abroad agency?
Noka is a study-abroad consulting and application-support studio. Unlike volume-driven agencies, we review destination fit, budget reality, language timelines, career outcomes, and long-term options before confirming an application scope.
Do you guarantee admission?
No. Noka does not guarantee admission, visa approval, employment, permanent residency, citizenship, or any third-party outcome.
Do you provide visa or immigration legal advice?
No. Noka does not provide licensed legal, immigration, tax, financial, or psychological advice. For official decisions, users should consult schools, government authorities, and licensed professionals.
Can parents join the consultation?
Yes. Parents are welcome to participate, especially when budget, destination choice, and long-term planning need to be discussed.
What happens after I submit the contact form?
Noka reviews your background and starts with a free initial consultation. If you already hold plans or materials from another provider, we may then recommend the ¥399 Second Opinion; application support is quoted separately only when execution support is needed.
Which service tier should I choose?
Start with the free consultation. The ¥399 Second Opinion is only for clients who already have plans or materials from another provider and still need an independent in-depth review after speaking with Noka. Application support is for clients who need execution support during the application season.
Is the first consultation really free?
Yes. The first consultation is free and is used to understand your background, clarify the question, and explain the service boundary. A paid service is only discussed when deeper review or application execution is genuinely needed.
Who is the ¥399 Second Opinion for?
It is for clients who already received school lists, major recommendations, budget plans, essays, or application materials from another agency and want Noka to review them independently after a free consultation.
Do you support multiple destinations?
Yes. Our team brings study, application-advising, and professional experience across North America, Singapore, Japan, Korea, the UK, continental Europe, Hong Kong, and Australia. We match each student with advisors whose background is closer to the target destination, subject, and document needs.
Do you help with China overseas degree certification concerns?
Noka can help students pay attention to factors such as institution type, program format, study mode, degree structure, and return-to-China value. However, official certification outcomes are determined by the relevant authorities.
Do you help with employment after graduation?
Noka can help students evaluate career direction, employability risks, and whether a study path supports future job goals. We do not guarantee employment or act as an employment agency.
Are English-site prices different from Chinese-site prices?
Your first consultation with Noka is free. The ¥399 Second Opinion is a paid in-depth review for clients who already hold plans or materials from another agency and still want an independent view after the free consultation. Application support is quoted separately by scope.
