Service Scope
Noka provides education pathway consulting, destination comparison, budget assessment, application planning support, document strategy, and risk clarification.
The exact scope depends on the selected service tier and the service details confirmed before payment.
Professional Boundaries
Noka does not provide licensed legal, immigration, tax, financial, or psychological advice. Users should consult qualified professionals for matters that require licensed or official advice.
No Guaranteed Outcomes
Noka does not guarantee admission, visa approval, employment, permanent residency, citizenship, scholarship, or any third-party outcome.
User Responsibility
Users are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. Incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed information may affect the usefulness of the consultation.
Users are responsible for final review, confirmation, and submission of official applications unless otherwise clearly agreed in writing. Even when Noka provides application system guidance or document strategy, the applicant remains responsible for official accounts, final information, and submission decisions.
Payment, Cancellation, and Refunds
Payment amount, service scope, delivery timeline, communication format, cancellation rules, and refund handling should be confirmed before service starts. Refunds, if any, are assessed based on whether work has started, preparation time used, consultation delivered, documents reviewed, and service capacity reserved.
Third-Party Platforms
Third-party platforms and tools may be used during service delivery, including contact forms, email, WeChat, shared documents, cloud storage, meeting tools, or calendar tools.
Service Refusal or Termination
Noka may decline or terminate service if the user provides false information, requests unethical conduct, asks for fabricated materials, violates school or government rules, or requests work outside Noka's service boundaries.
Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, both parties should first try to resolve it through good-faith communication. Any unresolved dispute should follow the applicable legal structure and consumer protection rules relevant to the service relationship. This English page is a plain-language explanation and should be read together with the Chinese terms where applicable.
