Scope and responsibilities
Noka provides education planning and document support. You must provide accurate information, review final materials and remain responsible for official accounts and submissions unless a different scope is expressly agreed.

Fees and cancellation
Noka service fees are shown in USD. Confirm the payable currency, total price, applicable taxes and service scope in writing before payment. Third-party fees are separate. Cancellation and refunds follow the agreement and completed work, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Professional boundaries
We do not provide licensed legal, immigration, tax or financial representation. Admission, awards, visas and employment are not guaranteed.

Honest applications and disputes
We may decline fabricated materials or requests outside the agreed scope. Raise concerns with us first; applicable law and consumer rights remain in force. Consult the signed service agreement for your specific engagement.
