Noka may collect personal information voluntarily provided by users, such as name, contact information, education background, work experience, language scores, budget range, target destinations, family or partner planning, application materials, CV, statement drafts, transcripts, offer letters, passport or ID information where necessary.

User materials are used only for consultation and service delivery. We use them to understand your background, prepare advice, communicate service scope, and deliver agreed consultation work.

Noka may use third-party tools such as contact forms, email, WeChat, shared documents, cloud storage, calendar tools, or communication platforms. These tools have their own privacy and security rules.

Sensitive Documents

Sensitive documents should only be provided when necessary. The English contact form and first-stage communication usually do not require passport, ID, or other highly sensitive files.

Deletion Requests

Users may request deletion of their consultation materials by contacting Noka. We will handle the request within a reasonable time unless certain records must be kept for legal, payment, accounting, or dispute-resolution reasons.

Users Under 18

For users under 18, guardian involvement or consent may be required, especially when consultation involves payment, major education decisions, or application materials.
