YOUR PREPARATION PLAN
Use these three tasks as a starting point. They help organise your research; they do not confirm admission or scholarship eligibility.
Write down the subject, study level and teaching language you want. Look for programmes that fit those goals before comparing their funding.
Read the guideFor every candidate, record its degree level, teaching language and intended intake. Check the actual programme notice rather than the university name alone.
Read the guideUse each programme’s official document list. Mark what you have, what needs updating and what still needs to be requested.
Read the guideCheck whether your target award uses a nominating body, a university route or another process. Do not assume every programme follows the same CSC route.
Read the guideCompare your existing qualifications and language evidence with the programme’s published requirements. Record any unclear condition as a question to resolve.
Read the guideIdentify which study or research plan, references and supporting evidence your chosen programmes request. Draft against those instructions, not a generic scholarship template.
Read the guideCheck for the notice covering your intended intake. Record the published deadline and any separate university steps. An older deadline is a reference, not a new application window.
Read the guideGather your academic history and existing language evidence. Check validity rules before obtaining time-sensitive certificates; exact deadlines can be added when the applicable call is published.
Read the guideCompare the preparation you still need with the calls you can verify. Keep dates marked as unconfirmed until the relevant institution publishes them.
